Suzanne Bergfeldt
Recognised globally throughout the Oil and Gas Industry as the leading Vantage POB Training Consultant, she has many friends and Colleagues throughout the world and continues to strive to offer the highest level of Customer Service to all her clients old and new.
Suzanne's background lies in Customer Service Management, however she has been a dedicated IT Trainer since 1995, working as a Microsoft Specialist for many years, she graduated to bespoke products very quickly. Firstly as a PeopleSoft Financials expert and then moving on to Vantage project in 2002. Vantage was implemented in 2003. Working both onshore and offshore with major blue chip companies throughout the world. She is known for delivering training to delegates and Trainers to a very high professional standard yet remains down to earth, relaxed, calm and always ready with smile or joke. Always putting her delegates at ease and offering them unlimited support is a trade mark she is proud to have achieved.
Suzanne's hobbies include cooking for family and friends, music and concerts, reading, travelling, walking her two Cocker Spaniels, Rocky and Betsy J, and trying to improve her really bad golf!
Diane Tait
Diane joined RCL in 2006, Diane has a BSc in Molecular Biology and spent many years as a Lecturer at Banff & Buchan College in Chemistry and Biology. In her latter years at Banff & Buchan she moved into the IT arena and became a specialist in Learning Support for Microsoft Office and ECDL.
Diane is now one of the Leading Global Trainers for Vantage POB and is a much valued employee of RCL. A consummate professional, with a caring, down to earth manner. She has a passion for interacting and working with her learners and gains great satisfaction from helping them to achieve their goals. Diane has also worked onshore and offshore and delivers her training to very high standards with relaxed cheery demeanour.
Dianes' hobbies include walking, cycling, swimming, reading, travelling and spending time with her grandchildren.
Angela Duthie
Angela Joined RCL in January 2014, Angela has a Bsc in Biochemistry with first class honours .Having spent the last 10 years working in Musculoskeletal Research & Training at Aberdeen University. Angela was very keen to take a new path down the O&G route and concentrate fully on her training skills. Angela has excellent organisational and communication skills with the ability to adapt very quickly to her new role. She has a friendly and outgoing personality , and has been a great addition to the RCL Team where she is enjoying meeting new delegates and collaborating on new projects. Outside of work Angela has been involved in guiding for many years and currently helps to run her local rainbow and brownie units. She is a keen baker , making fabulous birthday cakes for her 2 daughters who like to test her skills with elaborate requests!
